Use Chunky Yarn from your Stash

Psssst…..can I let you in on a little secret? Chunky yarn makes projects SO. MUCH. FASTER. Where a typical crochet ear warmer probably takes about an hour to make (depending on the pattern); you can whip one of these babies up in less than one episode of The Office!

Accent with Faux Fur Yarn

The other thing I love about these ear warmers is that they use hardly any yarn. I can easily make 3 adult sized ear warmers out of one ball of Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick - and that fur border accent takes just scraps from your stash.

Great Crochet Project for Last Minute Gifts

Seriously if you need to make a last minute Christmas gift or just want to have some extra ear warmers around for you and your kids - grab a ball or two of yarn and get busy! You’ll have these made in no time. I made 5 the other day during nap time alone.
