This easy crochet cotton market bag is fast to make using double strands of cotton yarn. This bag is sturdy and the perfect size to use as a shopping bag at a market or as a reusable grocery bag.

A Cotton Market Bag Made with Two Strands of Yarn
I love market bags! I really do! I do have a confession to make. I don't normally love crocheting market bags. They often take longer than I would like for a functional piece that I will inevitably use and abuse. The Open Air Market Bag is quicker to make because it uses double strands of cotton yarn. This makes it sturdier, too! Make these to take to your favorite grocery stores and farmer's markets.
